I’m in the email thread, on the mood board, in the sourcing, and on the floor for bump-in day. That’s the whole point. No layers, no handoffs. One stylist who actually reads the brief.

Smaller corporate activations typically start in the low five figures, mid-size brand experiences sit higher, and full conference and gala styling scopes higher again. We size the scope to your budget on the concept call and quote it transparently before any work starts.

Yes. A lot of Chantico’s corporate work is brought in by event management companies and brand teams who already have their venue, AV crew and caterer locked. We slot in as your styling specialist, coordinate directly with your existing vendors, and run the brief alongside your event manager.

Eight to twelve weeks out is the sweet spot for full brand activations and conferences, so the brief, sourcing, signage and floor plan all have room to breathe. Tighter timelines are workable on smaller scopes — mention your run-out date on the concept call and we’ll tell you straight if it’s possible.

That’s the whole point. Brand guidelines, fonts, colours, logos, step-and-repeat, stage backdrops, signage and on-brand props are baked into the styling brief from the first call, never bolted on at the end. Your brand should feel like the brand the second guests walk into the room.
